Welcome back to One For The Road it's so great to be back!
There have been a lot of changes going on across my platforms and you will have noticed the show has had a major rebrand. We are now working in conjunction with the amazing Soberpoweredmedia.com to bring you weekly shows discussing a wide array of topics from life stories to mental health, and opening up the conversation about the multiple benefits of choosing a sober life.
My guest joining me this week is Janey Holliday. Janey has worked for the past 22 years in the women's health and fitness industry and as a mindset and life management coach since 2013. She helps women to think differently, live better, take back command of their time, boundaries, and choices, and most importantly be on their own side. She is passionate about helping people embrace their one life on this planet and runs a variety of mind, time, and life-enhancing programs in her One Life Hub & Club. Janey has extensively appeared in the UK media since 2003 and has recently done 35 live shows on GBNews as their mindset expert. On this week's show, we discuss the ladette culture of the 90s and the impact that has had on today's generation of 40 & 50 years old women regarding their relationships with alcohol, and the huge effect that subliminal messaging can have on our brains.
