Jenna is a Mum, Wife and runs her own company as a professional Wedding and Event Planner.  I’ve known Jenna for over 2 years when she approached me for help with her drinking.  Having grown up in the nineties and noughties binge drinking era, Jenna started really questioning her relationship with alcohol after having children.  From the outside, Jenna was thriving – a successful businesswoman and Mum to two beautiful children.  But, behind closed doors, and hiding behind the “mummy wine culture,” she felt that alcohol really started to impact her life and her relationship with herself.   This led her to her own breaking point.  Speaking from the heart, Jenna’s story will resonate with many people struggling the in the grey area when it comes to their own drinking.
