As the founder of My Sober Sunrise, Jess offers personalized one-to-one coaching for individuals in recovery or those seeking sobriety. In addition to running My Sober Sunrise, Jess is an active host within the SoberBuddy community. Every week, Jess leads meetings that provide a supportive space for individuals in recovery to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. Jess has also served as a Domestic Violence Advocate and worked as a Community Corrections Officer that housed a drug and alcohol treatment program, gaining extensive experience in supporting those struggling with addiction and trauma. As a number one best-selling author featured in "The Addiction Diaries," Jess shares her story of overcoming immense odds. She has faced significant personal loss, including the deaths of her father, aunt, and uncle, as well as close friends, to addiction. Despite these heartbreaking challenges, Jess has emerged with a mission to help others break the generational cycle of trauma and addiction within their families. With a deep commitment to fostering a supportive and understanding environment, Jess empowers clients to embrace sobriety, find hope, and break the cycle of addiction and trauma for future generations to come.
