I was fortunate recently to get to know Australian NFL Star - Jesse 'Tha Monster ' Williams when he came in to train at Project 180 After a few weeks of getting to know each other it made sense to sit down and chat about the intriguing life Jesse has lived from a young teenage Aussie kid to becoming an All American American College Footballer, winning National Championships, meeting Barrack Obama, picking up two degrees (Business and Sports Science), being an All American Academic twice to playing NFL for the Seattle Seahawks and ultimately injury and cancer that ended a young and promising career. Most interesting for me was the wise and old soul that seems to reside within Jesse. At 28yo you sense he's much older and wiser than his years would suggest.
