Jethro Heiko and Nick Jehlen are the co-founders of Common Practice and the creators of the “Hello” game, a game designed to facilitate meaningful conversations that “inspire, connect, and heal.” 

In today’s episode, Jethro and Nick share how the “Hello” game was designed and created, and the many ways it’s transformed families, teams, workgroups, even entire organizations and communities.  These transformations take place through the power of honest and open communication, facilitated by questions that allow people to be vulnerable in an accepting and encouraging environment.  

Jethro and NIck share that the game has had some unexpected results, too.  The purpose of the game is to help people share openly about their end of life wishes, but it’s also created unity among people and groups that have been divided.
