One For The Road

Johnny Lawrence.

Listen Later

Thanks for joining me for the last episode of this season's One For The Road. This week I am joined by The self Development Coach, Jonny Lawrence.

Johnny’s journey is one that started with complete rejection in all areas of his life. The biggest source of rejection was from his Father. Johnny is a witness to domestic violence and a survivor of physical child abuse, and this trauma defined his life for quite some time. He used alcohol as a method of coping for many decades until one day his addiction and his trauma, collided and created the biggest shift in his life that he had ever experienced; the shift towards becoming alcohol-free and helping others.

Supporting people to improve and change all aspects of their lives became his passion which led him to become The Self Development Coach. He found from working with a diverse range of people, and also from healing from his childhood trauma, that he had a passion and a talent for supporting people with their self-development.

Johnny is the creator of the Super Self program and the founder of the School Of Self Development that supports, guides and educates people towards becoming unstuck and achieving what they want from their life. Johnny also hosts a popular podcast called The Self Development Podcast, where he has conversations with industry leaders surrounding self-development in a vast array of areas and topics.
