Jorge has an impressive track record of former roles such as Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Executive Sous Chef at 1 Hotels, Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, just to name a few. Jorge and I met when we were both working at Loews Miami Beach and it has been inspiring to watch him grow as a leader in the hospitality industry.
