Just a few hours before the announcement of 23.1 last year Haley Adams went to instagram and told the world that she will pulling out of the 2023 CrossFit Games season.

After 4 consecutive individual Top 10 finishes, the CrossFit Games were going to be without Haley Adams and we wondered if we could ever see her compete again.

This year... not only is Haley Adams back to competing but she is BACK at the 2024 CrossFit Games and looks better than ever physically, mentally and emotionally.
