In today’s episode I’m going to be talking about the concept of judgement as a tool for self love - and how by changing our relationship with the way we judge ourselves and other people we can create huge shifts in our own self worth, our relationships with other people and our ability to live our life on purpose, and not let fear of judgement hold us back. 

Judgement - of ourselves and others is rife in parenting, and can be a source of pain for many. In this episode I share my own personal journey as a practicing reformed “judger” and explain how I now use judgement as a tool for self love and understanding myself better.
