Do you have a hard time saying no to your favourite food, over and over and over again? This inability to say no repeatedly is the crux of most people’s health problems and it’s usually verbalised as “I can’t be good for long enough”. If you’re using willpower to be good for long enough then we’re never going to get there and you’ll be stuck on the back and forth for the rest of your life. So, we need to have an entirely different conversation about how you can release yourself from a deprivation and restriction mindset and understand you well enough to wire yourself differently.
