Whilst in Sydney I caught up with the human dynamo that is Katie Williams. I absolutely LOVE this girl. She is so positive, so happy, so upbeat that you just can’t help to feel the same when you’re around her. We did a podcast not too far back, episode 83 in fact, so there was no great agenda with catching up again other than the fact that I like catching up with her and of course the fact that a dynamo like is so bloody active that they achieve a lot in a short period of time so since our last chat, back in June, Katie has kicked off a few new iniatives including her very own podcast BETTER FOR IT. Go check it out. You’ll notice I haven’t been invited onto the show yet but there’s no hard feelings here. Lol. Seriously though I really hope you enjoy this episode where Katie and I catch up and shoot the breeze. We caught up at 98 Riley Street gym so there may be a little background noise but I think this chat will be more than enough compensation for that. Onto the show.
