She is CEO and founder of Melanin and Medicine - a company designed to provide Black women physicians with support through an online community, networking, masterclass events, courses, and coaching. As a life and career strategist, she provides Black women with culturally-informed strategies and systems to reduce burnout, achieve personal and professional fulfillment, rediscover their purpose, and achieve their vision for life without struggle or sacrifice.
