We love collaboration...but we love competition even more. We've always used competition to push us to do better with our conference and podcast. Online I see people embrace the idea of collaboration over competition, and while I think that is wonderful...I'd love to see more lash artists embrace the idea that competition is good too. Just because the lash artist down the street is your competition doesn't mean she needs to be your enemy. You can be friends and be competitive. Competition can be a great motivator. Becoming a lash trainer is something most lash artists consider doing at some point in their career. Who wouldn't want to travel the world teaching students and making good money. It looks glamourous and fun. Of course becoming a well sought after lash trainer is not an easy thing to do and it's not as glamorous as the Instagram pages make it out to be. That said, it's still a viable option and in today's episode we talk about what it takes to be a trainer. Karolina Siderska from London Lash shares tips on how you can become a trainer. On top of that she also shares how you can become a trainer for London Lash where they will train and equip you for success.
