Today we did a baby episode on what is happening with vaccine mandates and our conference. Today the City of Los Angeles announced a new vaccine mandate for anyone who meets in any kind of closed space. This has a lot of people worried that it would affect our conference so I felt it was important to post a quick podcast talking about what is happening. Here's some good news...our event is not in Los Angeles...it's in Pasadena and at this time there are no vaccine mandates in this city and I believe that will continue to be so at this time. Finding new clients can be difficult. It can be a costly and time-consuming activity. Paying for online ads, running promotions with your clients, or just going out in your local neighborhood all take a lot of effort and there is no guarantee someone will come in to pay for your services. This is why when we had our lash salon seeing over 700 clients a month, we focused on retaining our clients and getting them to return every three to four weeks. What were you doing when you were 17? Did you have a game plan and know what you wanted to do for your career?I had some ideas of what I wanted to do but I definitely had no plans to have my own business. For many people, I know the fear of the unknown and fear of failure keep them from taking chances and pursuing their dreams. Blaze Lloyd the founder of Lashiivo is not one of those people.
