Who better to kick off a new season with than sober Peloton Instructor and breast-cancer survivor, Leanne Hainsby.

Leanne Hainsby is a former professional dancer who is currently smashing the fitness scene, motivating Peloton users all over the country. Before becoming a wellbeing guru, she was partying most days because of work - which lead to consuming quite a large amount of the alcohol... However, life changed drastically for Leanne after she was diagnosed with breast cancer at 35, 2 days after her friend passed away.

In this episode Leanne bravely opens up to us about her experience of overcoming breast cancer, and the role that sobriety had to play alongside that. This is an extremely powerful and emotional listen which really puts health and wellbeing at the centre of its conversation. Leanne is an abolsute hero and glowing individual and we cannot wait for you to hear her story.
