This week Di and Nicola chat with an expert in education, former school principal and gifted storyteller, Leanne Nicol. 

Leanne shares her story of finding love again in her mid-forties, after the end of her first marriage and being a single working mother for a decade. 

We hear how Leanne became the first date queen after going on 100 first dates before finding Mr. Right. She shares her hilarious dating stories, how the dating world changed from the 90s to the 2000s, and the strategies and amusing criteria she used to find the one. 

Leanne opens up about the difficulties of blending families and the work she had to do on herself to repair important relationships. 

She also shares how incredibly proud she is of the field she’s working in, the way in which teachers had to pivot during covid and the creativity that came from that.
