A few years ago, Jess was on a retreat for "high-achievement women."  Everyone was in their 20s-40s, except for a woman who was probably in her mid-70s.  When Jess struck up a conversation with her, she asked if she got uncomfortable standing out at events like this.

And the two words the woman taught her completely changed Jess's perspective on overthinking and creativity.
