Meghan’s journey into speech therapy began early—she was inspired as a teen while shadowing therapists in a pediatric clinic. She went on to work with both kids and adults before spending nearly a decade in skilled nursing. Over time, however, the corporate-driven demands of that environment took their toll. She was tired of seeing patients rushed through sessions and wanted to provide care based on what her clients truly needed—not what fit into an arbitrary productivity model.
