Alice Huff is a holistic healer and creator of the integrative Mind-Body-Space Method. She combines her training and experience as a psychotherapist, yoga instructor and interior decorator to help women restore balance and create calm in their mind, body and physical and energetic spaces.

Dr. Vanessa Freeman is a licensed psychologist with a passion for supporting Black women in learning to access ease, joy, and pleasure. She is excited about creating a group coaching program that fosters community and teaches Black women that a different way of being in the world is possible.

Melissa Susman is a psychotherapist, art therapist and mindfulness practitioner specializing in somatic therapies for the resolution of trauma. JoyWork, her online training course, is her life work--an online training program for people with chronic illness that helps folks to discover how to find meaning, purpose and joy in the presence of suffering.

MereAnn Reid has been running parent groups for 6 years and loves mentoring families to figure out new strategies for easing BIG behaviors. She works with preschool and elementary parents to create more connection with their kids and listen to their gut, especially when typical parenting books don't match their experience.
