Something I started doing back in 2015was to come up with a theme for what I want my year to be about. A theme is not a tangible. It’s not something you can put your hands on or something you can attain. It’s not a hard goal.

A goal is something that is tangible and you know when you’ve achieved it. For example if you want to bank $1000 every month as savings, you’ll know every month if you’ve achieved that or not. It’s tangible. You can see it.

A theme is more what you want your year to be about as a whole. It’s a feeling, a vibe and emotion. There are many different things here and there’s no right or wrong. My theme for 2016 for example  ‘CONSOLIDATION’.

Consolidation can mean many things so I will define what it meant to me.
