I will also cover some interesting data from Dr John Gray When a man has low testosterone and high estrogen levels, he becomes stressed. When a woman has high testosterone and her estrogen levels drop she becomes stressed. It is an inverse effect as our biological structure is different from one another. If both parties have their hormone system in an optimal state, this brings equilibrium. How you react to things change, of course you have to throw in other areas including any past trauma or self esteem issues. And how time can heal most things as people can get to reflect, if they have the tools to do proper self reflection.
