Quote of the episode:
"When you believe in yourself, you choose actions and habits that promote a healed version of you. When you know you’re capable of something, your subconscious mind thinks you’ve already accomplished it. So then you just have to put yourself in action. Actions come after belief, not the other way around. This is why most people can’t sustain healthy habits. They don’t believe enough in themselves to maintain it." -Lauren Venosta

In today’s episode you're going to hear form Leah Levitan. Leah is a licensed massage therapist, educator, and Vodder certified lymphatic drainage specialist. In her Austin clinic, Align Massage Co,. she assists and supports women as they navigate their unique healing journey. She approaches the body with brain-based bodywork that harnesses the power of the lymphatic system to address chronic inflammation, nervous system disruption, hormone imbalance, and so much more. She founded Lymph Love Club in 2020 after posting tips and tricks for her clients to learn how to move their lymph at home. The response was overwhelming, and humans everywhere were ready to learn about, trust, and take ownership of their body's innate healing capabilities. With all the healing journeys she's witnessed, she says "It's not always about a cure or being symptom free, but rather gaining access to a level of healing beyond what you thought might be possible. Healing is healing. It's ALL good."
