Imagine having hundreds or thousands of dollars in your bank account from a course you finally launched.
Imagine the joy of finally having a course you're proud of , that people have already asked and paid for.
Imagine the impact that your course is going to make in their life.
Really, just imagine that...
That's the power of launching your damn course in 2020.
I'm a firm believer that you can learn how to package your knowledge and expertise into an online course...even if you don't have a list, audience or a clear idea of what you can teach.
Like Roxanne who had a list of 150 people, and launched her course to real estate agents and came away with $4,500 in less than a week, plus the joy of engaging with her students who were thrilled in their first week of going through it.
Or Jenny who had an idea for her course that she'd been putting off for 2.5 years, and finally launched it to the tune of $1500 before even creating it.
Or Karen who had a course, but had never done much with it and didn't believe in it, who shifted her mindset, poured her heart in and made close to $4K by relaunching it.
These three people were part of my Launch Your Damn Course Accelerator I ran live at the end of last year, and who blew me away with how prepared they were to take action and commit to their dreams.
So I thought I'd bring a few of my students on the podcast to share their experience of what it really takes to launch and presell your course in 2020!

It's almost the end of 2019, and before we dive into a new decade, I wanted to share my 2019 Annual Review with you, where I highlight my epic fails, lessons learned and all the awesome things that came out of this year.
This process of reflection is something I highly recommend BEFORE you dive into your 2020 goals.
Why?
Because in order to know what will work for you in 2020 you need to first understand the why, what and how of everything you did, didn't do and who you became this year.
Luckily for me, I captured my goals and intentions for 2019 in the very first episode of the Untapped Podcast where I shared 19 Things I Will and Will Not Do in 2019.
I also did it as two separate vlogs on my YouTube channel if you prefer to watch my entertaining videos.
And for the first time ever since putting it out, I have just looked back at these.
And I'm not gonna lie, it's not pretty.
I think I pretty much missed almost everything and there's a very good reason for that - because I never reviewed them!
So let me run through these quickly, and then give you a recap of what actually happened this year. And why it's totally fine with me that I missed so many of these 19 things.
I also reveal to you what really happened this year, I think you'll probably have a pretty decent understanding.
And I have a lot of compassion for myself in this moment as to why so many of these got missed, and even reading them now, I must admit, what the heck was I thinking?
Take a look back on my first episode of UNTAPPED where I made my list of 19 things I will and will not do in 2019

How do you earn six figures from building a profitable blog?
That's what Kate Kordsmeier, founder of The Six-Figure Blog Academy, answers in this episode of UNTAPPED.
After working as a full-time, freelance journalist for almost 10 years, Kate decided to launch her very own blog, Root + Revel.
What started out as a way to share how she was naturally healing her symptoms for PCOS, Leaky Gut Syndrome, and hypothyroidism turned into a profitable, six-figure business.
Of course, once people saw how much success she was having with her blog (we're talking over $100,000 in less than a year), Kate started to get a flood of messages asking what her secret was.
Thus, The Six-Figure Blog Academy was born.
As someone who's built a business off her own humble blog when I started back in 2009, it was awesome to chat with Kate about our different experiences in monetizing our blogs.
In this episode, Kate and I talk about how she turned her humble blog into a full blown profitable business as well as her thoughts on what soulful business is and how having a holistic focus is the key to growing your business.
Tune in to get the six-figure steps to building a profitable blog!

How can emotional resilience help you hit your goals?
And what the heck is emotional resilience anyway?
Well you're about to find out in this episode of UNTAPPED when you listen into my great conversation with Kim Ades.
Kim is the President and Founder of Frame of Mind Coaching and JournalEngine Software and is a recognized as an expert in the area of thought mastery.
She uses her unique philosophy and quirky coaching style to help her clients deal with core issues and shift their thinking in order to yield extraordinary results.
I first had Kim on my Suitcase Entrepreneur podcast 4 years ago where we chatted about limiting beliefs and how to overcome them.
What Kim shared was really valuable, and my listeners thought so too because that episode soon became one of the most downloaded!
So, when Kim reached out to me about coming back on the show, of course I said yes!
This time, Kim is back to share her 15 years of expertise on how to reach a goal.
Often times, we're capable of creating a plan of attack, but where we fall off is in the actual delivery of that plan.
Kim explains that this isn't because we're not taking action but because our thoughts aren't aligned with our goals.
And since every action starts with a thought, it's vital that your beliefs match your expectations.
Make sure you tune into this episode because it really is a treat.
Plus, it comes at the perfect time of the year with 2020 quickly approaching.
If you're ready to stop letting your beliefs hold you hostage and finally reach your goals, then hit the play button!

What does a napkin, an envelope, and a road trip have to do with planning your ideal freedom year?
Tune into this episode of Untapped to find out!
Last week, I took a road trip with Josh and the pups to Taupo, which is an absolutely amazing place to relax, take in some nature, and be able to do our Life Pilot Seasonal Dreaming session.
We spend a weekend dreaming and scheming about our life and where what goals we have for the next 3 months, 12 months and 3 years!
We do this planning and visioning while getting massages, soaking in the thermal pools, eating delicious meals, and just enjoying the breathtaking scenery at Taupo.
It was actually at our last Life Pilot session where I decided I wanted to do the half Ironman (or Iron Woman as I like to call it) hosted in Taupo next month….a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21km run – EEK!
This past weekend’s session was actually done on our road trip.
Mapping out your goals for 2020Remember the napkin and envelope I mentioned at the beginning? This is where they come in.
When we decided to start planning, I just grabbed an envelope and pen and started writing down Josh and I’s goals for health, impact, and all the other categories included in our Life Pilot system.
When I had finished writing our relationship goals, I had run out of room on the envelope.
So, I grabbed a napkin and finished out our year goals for 2020.
What’s the point of all this?
The point is that taking a road trip might be the perfect way for you to clear your mind and just focus on reflecting on your past year and dreaming up all the things you want to accomplish in the next.
In this podcast episode, I give you some questions to answer that will help you think about what went well and what you hope will never happen again so that you can be able to see what it is you really want and need to do in 2020.

Burn out. It's the unsung hero of many an entrepreneur's downfall....and that ain't a good thing!
Burn out is the secret enemy, that emerges when our need and desire to 'do it all' or 'be perfect' is taking center stage.
Burn out is something that entrepreneurs in particular need to start paying more attention to, otherwise it will literally come up and bite you in the ass.
In a Harvard Business Review What Makes Entrepreneurs Burn Out article that had researched over 300 entrepreneurs they found the following:
The obsessively passionate entrepreneurs reported feeling that work was more emotionally draining and that working all day required a great deal of effort. They indicated feeling frustrated by their work and even that it was breaking them down. For some entrepreneurs, their burnout caused a constant state of anxiety and stress. We also found that among entrepreneurs with obsessive passion, those with a fixed mindset were even more prone to burnout.
If you found yourself nodding your head at any of those symptoms, or if that resonated with you, please read on and listen into this podcast episode!
I first experienced what burnout felt like on my 2013 Suitcase Entrepreneur Book Tour through the US and Canada.
I had been obsessing about this book and its launch for months. I had been doing endless marketing, PR, interviews and community building around it.
I was riding high on all the goodwill and attention because, deep down, I really wanted this book to impact a LOT of people.
It all worked - it became a No #1 Bestseller on Amazon in three categories and to date has sold over 30,000 copies and thousands of audio books.
But, it worked at the detriment of my health in the form of experiencing burnout and having two friends catching it, before it took me down.
Elise and Karley, my dear friends in Vancouver (in the photo below), who helped me on my grand finale book event, realized I was running on empty and simply not slowing down.
They forced me to leave my devices behind, disconnect, and come and join them in the park to eat fish and chips and simply sit and watch the sunset.
That was my saving grace and sparked my road to recovery, I kid you not!
So was my dear friend Cathy Goddard who let me stay in her apartment so I could hide away, do my work but also, finally, rest up.
Strike forward 6 years and I found myself unexpectedly (although had I read the signs it would have been no surprise) feeling burned out.
What does that feel like, you may ask?
Not fun, not fun at all.
You are so lethargic you can't do anything. Everything takes effort. It hurts to think. You overreact to the smallest things. You're emotional. You really are good for nothing.
What it requires?
Rest, sleep, more rest and zero responsibility. In fact there are many things you can do to avoid and overcome burn out and ensure that you look after YOU - the most important thing in your world.
