No matter what stage of life you're in, it's full of transitions. Some good- a wedding or a new house or a baby, and some hard- the death of a loved one or loss of a job. As humans, we naturally want to be comfortable. So even if we are excited about a change, it's probably going to come with some amount of discomfort, which can be a challenge for us.
However, I have some suggestions on how to embrace these transitions that will inevitably come as part of our experience here on earth. If we slow down and check in with ourselves, separate the clean pain from the dirty pain, be willing to feel all of the emotions and be present in the experience, and look for the gratitude, these times of change can become much less daunting.
One of my favorite parts of coaching is helping clients through the transitions in their life and providing support. If this sounds like something you could benefit here, reach out on Instagram or click here to schedule a free consultation with me.
As always, thank you so much for listening and I will talk to you next week!
