With recreational and medical use of marijuana now legal in over 30 states, pot use has emerged as a complicated topic that raises many thorny questions for both employers and employees: Should employers still test for it? If so, what are the circumstances that they should? What sorts of accommodations should employers make for what sorts of employees?
