We go deep on the topic of profile in Human Design. She and I both have a 6 profile and wanted to discuss the 2nd phase of the 6th line journey which basically means trying a bunch of stuff out until your Saturn returns around age 30. And then ideally living to tell others about it, especially those that are still in their 2nd phase.

On today’s show, I review my 2020 goals, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It’s a real doozy and I feel like throwing up just thinking about sharing these with all of you. It’s real, it’s vulnerable, and it’s a lot of numbers. BUT I really do think being honest and sharing is super important to help you set and achieve your goals. So, go on this journey with me to learn what goals I set for myself, what goals I met, what goals will I never ever consider setting for myself again, and my tips for setting and achieving your goals.

Today’s episode features shadow work coach, Rachael Besser. We discuss all things shadow, including the golden or the light shadow and how to integrate them. Rachael’s knowledge about this subject is vast and I learned so much in this conversation. She also enlightens us on subconscious reprogramming, codependency, and how spirituality ties into personal development. *Spoiler alert* it’s all about relinquishing control. Le sigh, maybe I need to put my daily serenity prayer alarm back on my phone. For more show notes visit: https://www.sarahcohan.com/post/rachaelbesser
Please enjoy this hilarious conversation with comedian Alicia Dattner. We discuss how she got started in comedy. Apparently standup was a major choice at her college! Then she tells us about her rock bottom at Burning Man and path to wellness. It involved a 12-step program (definitely NOT AA) and a trip to India. She goes on to tell us about what the role of comedy is in wellness. And of course the role of wellness in comedy. For more show notes visit: https://www.sarahcohan.com/post/aliciadattner

This week’s guest is psychologist Ann Tran. She has the best sense of humor and she brings it to the rather serious field of psychology. She and I met through taking an improv class together. She gives her tips on how to stay together in a relationship during COVID and her best tips on how to date in 2020. We have several laughs along the way and I really appreciate her grounded approach to living your best life.
