John and Erik talk about how they have been reinventing what they do and about transformation. With the world being in a massive transformation, the news shows how the actions in America recently have sparked the protests and unrest and the lack of leadership at this time.

This reminds us that the more examples we see of what we don’t want as leadership, gives us the chance of creating the leadership that we do want.

As we find ourselves in this transformation on a global scale, each and every one of us is going through our own personal transformation, which is being fast-tracked because of Covid-19. Everything that was underlying has been magnified, both positives and negatives.
Spirituality and having strong Primary relationships is a necessity so that your Tertiary relationships can shine and expand. It’s time to say goodbye to the old self and old perspective.
