Live in Your ”Imperfect” Body (and Stop Apologizing For it!) + 3 Steps to Beat the Inner Body Bully

Welcome back friends! Today, we're talking about a very important topic.. body image and your 'inner body bully.' We have all struggled with this 'inner body bully' at least to some degree, and we may even be carrying it with us still to this day, and probably more than we'd like to admit. 

 

One of the things that keeps coming up in my coaching sessions, inevitably, are these intense emotions around food, in relation to our body image, and how it makes us feel. These feelings can often evoke shame, we find ourselves apologizing, and you may even sense a pit in your stomach or a tightness in your throat.

 

If you feel this way when you talk about body image, and how you view your body, you are not alone! This is a struggle that so many of us have. So today, my mission is to bring this body image conversation out in the open and talk about it, so that it doesn't hold so much power over us anymore.

 

Listen in and get ready, because I'm about to give you some hands on tools, to help you beat the inner body bully, and learn to move towards a healthier more empowered relationship with the very vessel you have - your body! After all, our body is the one thing we live in our entire life, so let's get empowered and learn to treat our body the way it deserves to be treated, with kindness and loving care.
