14-24 min : .... im overwhelmed ; how God led me through this experience to get to peace 

31-36 min : the kidneys, heart, liver & spleen : how overwhelm weakens these organs, the emotions and physical symptoms that rise up from overwhelm 

37- 60 min : processing overwhelm with the Lord and learning how to experience it and lett it pass through, getting release from the pressure & receiving His peace 

61 min - end : physical / supplemental supports for the nervous system and the organs that are weakened by overwhelm
