Logan Aldridge's life changed, not when he lost his arm at 13, but when his mother said "it's only an arm". Since then he's gone on to become the adaptive champion in his division, found numerous charities, invent the Aldridge Arm, bring WheelWod and the Adaptive Training Academy into being and is now helping bring the adaptive community into the CrossFit Games season outright.
