I first came across Casey's profile when a song he covered popped up on my feed that was not only an incredible cover, but the copy was profound. In it he wrote about his experience with suicide and losing his father to suicide. He made the case that suicide is almost never a selfish act, but that many times people on the outside view it as such. 

I really enjoyed this conversation with Casey. We talk about suicide, mental health, relationships, growth, music, meditation, and plat medicine among many more topics. 

Casey is well spoken and you can tell he's done a lot of his own personal work just from how he views the world and people around him.
