In this episode we revisit some of the language and around sobriety and being alcohol free, recovery, addiction, trauma and grey area drinking. We talked in episode 3 about language and now having trained as coaches, set up a community and written courses, and delved into this subject, we decided to look again at what the language around this subject is doing now. It's so great to reflect on this as we as the sober community co-create the language of our experience.
