8-20 min : what is the liver, the important functions, how the health of it can show up on your body like your eyes or your skin
21-28 min : symptoms of imbalance & the liver ‘type’
29-42 min : supplemental, environmental, physical, and practical tips and tricks to support your liver
43-end - why the liver is correlated to anger and irritability, how the science and the way the body functions can evoke this emotion in connection to the liver
