Pilates instructors have many movement techniques to use and explore with their students, as well as a number of anatomy books to refer to when in need of a deeper understanding of the Pilates repertoire. But up until now, there hasn’t been a reference book so complete and comprehensive as the one written by Madeline Black’s, entitled: “Centered.”
The well-respected Brent Anderson, founder of Polestar Pilates, echo’s many of the reviewers, “Madeline’s book, Centered is an amazing experience and exploration of qualitative movement, a must have for all of those who consider themselves movement practitioners. I believe it will become a classical tool for our profession.”
