As we enter into the holiday season once more, we begin to look forward to a new year, and many of us are excited for the chance to make New Years Resolutions.
If you are listening to this podcast, then you are likely making some resolutions for your health for the next year, which I LOVE.
But we all know that for most of us, our resolutions will be gasping for air by mid-January, and taking their last, shuddering breath by February. According to US News and World Report, 80 percent of all New Year’s resolutions fail by February each year. Yikes!
