She is also a public speaker, an event organiser, an author of two books and a coach trainer for The Coaching Academy She coaches clients to feel empowered by their choice to change behaviours that do more harm than help. For them to find their voice, cultivate self-compassion and develop strategies to support their wellbeing. Harnessing their decision to go sober to pivot from surviving to thriving in all areas of their lives.
