Today, I am joined by Mark Adderley, as we discuss his journey, and the events that led him on the path to sobriety, and making a positive life change. Mark discusses with us his life growing up, his struggles with fatherhood, and the patterns that fuelled him on a downward spiral of alcoholism; and how through both adjusting his mindset and addressing these behaviours, he was able to readdress his relationship with alcohol and stop drinking.
