This year, I turned 39, so this is definitely a topic near and dear to my heart--but also so many of the women I work with are in the late 30s to 40s. Things can start to change in this era hormonally..And, often even just seasons of life.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up your routine, this episode is packed with actionable tips to help you thrive in this pivotal decade of life.

The basics remain a priority in any era--but especially as our hormones get a little wonky. It's so important to build a strong foundation and to continue to support our bodies with lifestyle changes.
