This week’s episode is also a big call to presence. We begin by dropping into our bodies and asking “can I be present with all of the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that will be created inside of me as I listen to this podcast episode?”. This is your invitation to arrive at this weekly healing session in a state of presence and bodyfulness, ready to listen to the feedback that your body will offer you as you are delighted, tickled, triggered, angered, confused, frustrated, enamored (and and and) by this human becoming transmission.

In this week’s episode, we meet Love. We speak about repair, and how conflict can become an opportunity to come back together in ways that create more closeness. And, in the vein of repair, I have a repair conversation with Love. I bemoan and grieve my relationship with Love - and speak directly to Love about my many grievances, my frustrations, my anger, my sadness. I speak about how I have felt betrayed and abandoned by Love, how cruel I have felt Love is for meeting me when it would not stay. I reveal my wounds at Love’s gates and Love reveals some wisdom about them (and about itself) in turn. Join me as we dive into this conversation with Love, and meet Love in the fullness of its expression - including Love as the destroyer and the often unspoken about darker and kinkier aspects of this cosmic force.

Moving forward, I set the intention that we meet Love in forgiveness, for all of the woundings we have experienced in its dance, so that we can continue dancing into right relationship with Love.
