Falling in love is so much deeper than having great chemistry and hormone rushes. When you let lust or limerence set the tone of a relationship, very often you’ll forget to have the deeper conversations to determine if you’re truly aligned with this person.

Lets use my favorite show as an example. Nobody Wants This focuses on a new couple who meet and form a friendship before love blossoms. It’s a nice change of pace because it’s the antithesis of the “reality” dating shows that currently populate our screens.
