October is Menopause Awareness Month!  This week we are speaking with nationally renowned doctor, expert, speaker and advocate for women's integrative women's health Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz.  Dr. Gilberg-Lenz recently attended the Wise Pause Event and we were excited to have this in person interview.

Dr. Gilberg-Lenz's new book MENOPAUSE BOOTCAMP encourages us to optimize our health and flourish as we age. The book is a 360 degree guide explaining menopause and midlife.  She also emphasizes the emotional and mental health aspects of menopause.  Many women ignore this aspect of menopause but it is a real struggle for them.
