Mindful Mental Fitness is like going to the gym, but for the brain, the more you do it, the more you will notice how you are changing. I see this with my clients every week, and you could get that with my sessions too. It just takes a little commitment to make this part of your daily routine.
I have added the best bits from mindfulness and meditation practices and mixed them up with NLP, self-hypnosis, and my strategies and perspectives to help train your mind to do what you need it to do.
The program starts slowly but will gain momentum as we go, and any feedback would be most welcome to make this even more useful.
