How do you use mirroring when wanting to hold the container for someone to safely go into their freeze response for healing?

During this session, I chat with those group members about what mirroring is, how to use it to excite, subside, or maintain whatever the emotional state is, and how mirroring someone's own words back to them creates a connection.
