As leaders, we often feel as though it’s our obligation to make sure that everyone on our team is happy, motivated, and succeeding.
As much as that would be nice, it is also incredibly unrealistic.
The notion that you can make everyone successful is somewhat ridiculous, given the myriad human conditions you’ll come across in the teams you lead.
