Moment #89 // You can tell the character of a leader by watching what they do under pressure. Some choose to do what’s in the best interests of their team and their company. Others just let gravity take over, and head down the slippery slope of self-interest.

If you want to be a strong leader – a person of character – you need to work out how to overcome your self-interest.
