There is a lot happening in the world right now.
I want to take this opportunity to make it unequivocally and abundantly clear where I stand personally and where we stand as a company. Entrepreneurs are some of the most unique and dynamic individuals on the planet, and we need every voice, every heart, and every spirit to stand united as we work to defeat racism and discrimination.
We hear you. We see you. We love you.
Black lives matter.

One of the most profound realizations I have ever had in the business world came from the words of Damon John. "Haters confirm greatness." Anyone who has ever done anything great has also had a tremendous amount of hate come their way because they rocked the boat. The rest of the world strives for average and clings desperately to the status quo. Entrepreneurs who receive hate are confirming that they are making a change and making a difference. If you're hearing negativity and criticism, you are doing something absolutely right. The world needs us now more than they ever have. Create momentum anyway and let the hate confirm your greatness.

As entrepreneurs, we need far more help to reach our fullest destination because we want to go further and make a bigger impact than most of the population. But any request for help leaves us feeling vulnerable and exposed. One of the most dynamic places an entrepreneur can be is when they have a team that will protect their strengths and provides support for their weaknesses.
In this episode of the momentum podcast, let me show you why this concept of protection and support is so important for entrepreneurs, and why a team that can protect and support the leadership of the business creates one of the most unified, dynamic, and amazing places to work on the planet.

Welcome to part two of an inside peek into our exclusive Charfen Summit. This is the second part of a panel of our members who are experiencing growth and success by implementing the right processes, structures, and routines into their life and business. These are some of the most talented entrepreneurs on the planet who are in momentum and creating positive change with their businesses.
The biggest topic of conversation in this section was about how to lead your clients and your team. The reality is, entrepreneurs are natural leaders, but we can fall into the trap of managing people transactionally instead of transformationally. With the right framework in place, you can get out of the loops of telling people what to do, checking that it got done, and then telling them what to do again. These entrepreneurs will share with you exactly what that feels like.

My team and I recently held our very first virtual summit for our members. It was massively successful and one of the best portions of the event centered around a conversation with our members who are finding success in growth in this market. Meaghan Connell, Julie Broad, Lars Hedenborg, and Adi Jaffe are all experiencing massive growth using our systems, processes, and frameworks.
I want to give you an inside look into the Charfen Summit and just how much growth these incredible entrepreneurs are experiencing. With the right processes in place, you can create a real business that becomes profitable and gives you the life you've always wanted.
A friend of mine got a message today that said… I've been following you and Alex Charfen for a while it seems that the two of you are on the opposite sides of the spectrum regarding everything COVID-19. I'm curious if this has affected your professional relationship or friendship? I was actually surprised that I gave anyone the impression I was on one side or the other of anything COVID-19. Let me set the record straight in this podcast. Resources Mentioned: https://charfen.com/foundation
There is no doubt that the world has shifted.
As entrepreneurs, there are two things we need to do. First, we need to orient towards the future and figure out where are we going. Second, we should completely and totally commit to growing through this transition.
If you are able to orient yourself toward the future and commit to growth, you will get into momentum.
In this episode, I want to tell you about two entrepreneurs, each with their own business in a similar market, who are experiencing two very different realities right now based on how they are responding to the world right now.

Let's get real, most entrepreneurs do not love meetings. We actually talk about how much we can't stand them. The issue we have is, we reach a point in our careers when the momentum we can create on our own isn't enough. At that point it's time to build a team so that we can continue to expand and grow.
Just as quickly as we build a team, we are apprehensive about spending time with them. The majority of entrepreneurs I know do everything they can to avoid too many meetings with their team.
A lot of the time then entrepreneurs are in meetings it's because they didn't get it right the first time. If you can make your meetings more efficient, more effective, and get the best out of your people, you will actually be excited to be in them.

Understanding who you are talking to and the type of person you create will define how you market, how you deliver your product, and how you speak to members of your programs.
In this episode, I will break down what it means to own your avatar so that you can get clarity on exactly who it is you are serving. This will help you narrow down your avatar to a singular person to whom you are speaking. This will allow your message to come through clearer, cut through the noise, and will create more sales in your business.
We want you to do more than just define your avatar, we want you to own it. When you clearly own your avatar, you can turn your business into a movement.

Over the past several weeks the globe has conducted the largest work from home experiment in history. Hundreds of millions of people went from working in offices, to working out of their kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms. And in at least one case, a woman took her computer into the bathroom with her on a zoom call and made national news.
The workplace has permanently changed and it's never going to go back to what we used to think was normal. Millions of companies just realized they don't need the infrastructure, or more importantly the overhead they have been spending on massive offices. Many of them have also realized their employees are more productive even though they are working at home. There are some companies that are going through challenges, but just as many or more are feeling all of the advantages of having a remote workforce.
Working virtually, remotely, and from home is going to be a permanent part of every type of business moving forward. Businesses who don't have a work from home component will be seen as having a disadvantage. In the future, a metric the companies will measure is how much of the workforce can work from home.
With the right elements in place, working remotely can be far more productive than in person. With a virtual workforce, companies can spend less and grow faster. If you find you and your team working virtually, having the right process, structure and routine changes everything.
