Growth comes from change and your ability to embrace the unknown, and this starts with your mindset. But if your subconscious mind is telling you that this growth is wrong, what are you to do?

You must banish these self-sabotaging behaviors and create your own breakthrough!

2. Your Subconscious Mind
Quite often your subconscious mind is working against you! You must become increasingly aware of the resistance that you feel during every stage and level of life and business.

Why you need to pay attention to the way you think, feel, speak?
How is your subconscious mind programmed against you?

It wants to keep you safe, warm and comfortable.
Comfort lives in that realm of what you already know and do with ease.
Habits are habits because you've conditioned your self conscious mind to trust these practices and through predictability your mind has come to identify these habits as safe practices.

3. Fear
When you start to step outside your comfort zone, you may start to feel a lot of different feelings. You must step back and analyse whether or not this is coming from a place of fear or a place of truth.

Why you need to establish if your feelings are coming from a place of truth or fear?

What does fear feel like?

Fear feels heavy and negative.
It raises feelings of jealousy, inadequacy, envy, self-doubt, anxiety, and resentment.
You might even have body responses like nervous tension/energy, low moods or low vibes.

How can fear manifest itself?

Procrastination
Overwhelm

What triggers your fears?
4. Create Your Own Breakthrough
One of the biggest reasons entrepreneurs fail to achieve their vision is that there is some huge form of resistance that they need to break through!

How you can create your own breakthrough?

Pick something that you want. Set a goal.
Ask yourself the following, “What scares me about this goal?”
Next ask yourself WHY 5 times or create a list of every possible piece of resistance you might encounter.
Set yourself up for success with systems, plans, and rewards/incentives.

Why you must keep asking yourself why, why, why around the way you're feeling?
