I shared with you before that taking some time for myself without the guilt was really challenging for me. I had to start with baby steps... But slowly and surely, I got into a place where I don’t feel guilt or anxiety or shame when doing something just for me.

I’m sharing all of these with you because if I can encourage even just one woman from feeling less guilty or less shameful about wanting to pursue a hobby and start having more fun!

Girlfriend, believe and know that this will have a ripple effect into the other areas of your life, like your business, and relationship with your spouse, children and friends. Only good things can happen when you’re happy and joyful.
