When I first started Mums With Hustle 6 years ago, it was just me and there was no team. Six months into the business, I decided that if I’m going to have any product or offer to sell, I needed to stop working IN the business and I have to start working ON the business. I know with 2020, a lot more people have just realised how amazing and how much opportunities there are to work from home and have a remote team. There’s a lot less fear about having contractors and virtual assistants work from their locations and be part of someone’s business team. Which is so exciting!
