In the work that I do and have done in the past 7 years, coaching and mentoring mums in business who are married or are in relationship with significant other and raising children together...

There seems to be a lot of things that are unsaid or not communicated.

This can lead to feeling of resentment, not being seen, heard and understood by a key person in your life.

Sometimes, it comes up as feelings of not being supported in their business. I hear this a lot from my members inside of my Social Method Society and Inner Circle Mastermind.

Communicating with our husbands/partners is fundamental to a healthy marriage and union. In this episode, I’ve provided some examples and some words which may help you in your own loving conversation with your important person.

This is one conversation prompt that has the potential to do these things.
